Chapter Six
Kara stopped looking through Lee after that, and he stopped trying to provoke her into leaving. But he still kept his distance, only seeing her at meetings, only speaking to her about work.

Yay! They make progress! First Lee notices, that she's still family, then they start repairing their friendship...what a great chapter to start my morning :D
I loved the flying and running, that they challenge each other again...I'd love to see such a slow rebuild of their friendship in canon. It makes a good base for more and probably really offers them a chance to work through past issues....
I loved this fabulous chapter :) Great job!

They are slowly coming back together. I was smiling at the end.
I also liked the scene at the memorial wall. We've never seen Lee mourn his mother or Zak. It was nice to see.
Another great part! Looking forward to chapter 7!

Good, I put that in because it was something I've not seen much of in fic either, and I thought it was a nice way to give Lee almost an excuse to forgive Kara by realising that Zak and Caroline would have wanted him to help her when she's depressed. Gives him a reason to do what he wants to do but otherwise would probably refuse to do because he's too stubborn.
I had great fun writing them flying together, and yes, Kara is getting him back in shape!
