Chapter Fifteen

Lee knew where Boomer lived.  Dee had found out early on that one of the Cylon leaders was none other than the same model of Sharon Valerii that had served on the Galactica, and the resistance had kept an eye on her ever since.

Oddly she chose not to live in the Cylon government building, as most of the other Cylons did.  She ( Read more... )

Ohh I'm so glad that Cally got her baby back. I do think though that she was going a bit unhinged at the end there, what with pointing the gun at her baby. Liked the mushy moment between Lee and Kara at the end.

Lee and Kara having a mushy moment is always good - at least in my opinion :-)

This Cally hasn't really been rational through this whole story, given what happened to her. But now she's got her daughter back, so hopefully she'll get better.

Wow, I can't even begin to imagine how Cally must have felt. I think I can understand how she could do what she did, but lucky for her Kara and Tyrol showed up and that Tyrol was able to be clear-headed and talk Sharon into giving them the baby. Definitely tense.

I liked the moment between Kara and Lee at the end - reminded me of the Captain's Hand moment - where the hug says it all.

Well, I'm not sure Cally would really have pulled the trigger, she was just desperate and maybe trying to scare Boomer into giving up the baby. I think.

I was pretty sure she wouldn't have - I couldn't imagine killing my own child just to make sure she doesn't end up with somone else ... but I can definitely understand how she could threaten it. Parents will do things they'd never normally do under those kind of dire circumstances.

That was a tense moment until Sharon gave the baby back. I thought someone was going to get hurt.

I'm glad that Kara could get inside him and bring him back. It's nice to see the two of them working together.

Good, I wanted to make people think someone was going to get hurt!

I was a bit worried Boomer gave the baby up too easily, but I didn't want to drag it all out too long.

What an emotional chapter! At first, I didn't think that Boomer was going to give the baby back. I was afraid shooting would start and someone would get hurt. I'm so glad that Tyrol and Kara showed up when they did.

And yay--I think Lee is back! I liked how seeing Cally with her baby warmed him. Then he went and did the "Lee" thing by taking Tyrol's place so he could be with his family (although I'm sure Roslin is going to be upset about that). The scene at the end between Lee and Kara was moving--I hope they are both able to get home safely.

Another great chapter! Looking forward to 16!

No need to worry, Tyrol and Cally were always going to get their baby back. I'm not that mean!

As for Lee & Kara, you'll have to wait and see. They're not out of the woods - or should that be off New Caprica - yet. Chapter 16 will be back to Lee's storyline, now that the baby rescue mission is out of the way.

Awww! Hugging pilots - I also thought of Captain's Hand - their hugs always give so much away about their feelings...I'm glad Cally has her child back. A very exciting chapter, can't wait to read more :D
