Chapter Sixteen
Lee met up with Racetrack and the rest of the strike team without incident. Racetrack looked slightly surprised to see him, but accepted the change easily enough. She and Lee had worked closely together in the first days of the resistance, and she trusted him.
Precisely as planned, Laura’s flare signalled the attack, and Lee

Kara really cracked his surface when she admitted, that she needs him - the shipper in me is incredibly happy that she's the one who makes him want to live again :D
Fabulous chapter, can't wait for more!

I'm so happy to see that Lee has decided to live again. I was worried for him after he beat Leoben to death, then was shot. I'm so glad that Kara was able to get through to him. I also like the friendship between Meg and Lee.
Now I just hope that Kara makes it through and they see each other on Galactica and then Lee can really start to heal. I also can't wait to see the reunion between Bill and Lee.
The parts where Lee thinks about Ana brought tears to my eyes. He may not have been in love with her, but he did love her. I hope he is able to move forward and be happy like she would want him to.
I hope Felix makes it out, too!
I love this story! Looking forward to the next part!

That's the climax of the story really - the whole story has been about him putting himself back together, so I had to put him in a situation where he had to finally decide if he was going to go on or give up. And although Kara has helped him, it had to be his decision to live, so he had to make it on his own without her around.
The final chapter is back on Galactica, to wrap up all the loose ends (including Felix) - and for all those reunions (including Bill and Lee of course).

I read with baited breath hoping that Lee was going to make the raptor, I was so relieved that Racetrack came back for him. I loved his introspection where he was analysing what and who he had to live for, I thought this was perfect because it marked how much progress Lee had made towards making a step towards recovery.
I found his thoughts about Ana moving as well, realising that he no longer heard her voice or saw her image when he closed his eyes although he still felt guilt and pain.
I really enjoyed this chapter and I've noticed part 17 so I'm off to read that now!
