Sleep with window closed - room becomes oven, i get a shitty night's sleep because I wake up dripping wet
'Sleep' with window open - the foxes out back scream every few minutes. I'm just getting to sleep and suddenly there's noise like someone getting murdered.

The summer of the cornetto
Supermarket has had an offer on cornetto's for the last few weeks. This is no bad thing, and everyone in the house loves them, but I think we might have to impose limits, given I just got home with a couple of boxes and found there was no room for them - because the freezer already had two boxes in it. -

Called benefit people. In a shock to absolutely no-one, they had my old addy. Case has been sent on, and 'should' have the suspension lifted in a few days.
Good, but I'm not gonna be convinced till I see cash. -

I know local elections aren't really any indication of general results, but watching spam-face sweat makes me happy.
Also, pleased to see how many people (who presumably voted for similar reasons as I did) are shunning the Libdems.
