My tooth grinding has been pretty bad lately, I think it's anxiety related.  The other day I wake up to find that I had broken my wisdom tooth in the middle of the night.  It didn't really hurt at first but flossing seemed to wiggle something loose because yesterday was HORRIBLE! Friends, I have a request.

Oh my, it's been a while. I can't say exactly why I haven't been motivated to blog, there are several reasons but nothing specific. I've been incredibly busy. I also haven't gotten quite used to sitting at the computer for an extended period without chain smoking. I think I'll give it a try.
