My creation is delicious! I used 1 pound ground beef, 8 oz. Velveeta, some chopped onion, and a bit of garlic. I browned the beef, onions, and garlic and then drained. I added the cubed Velveeta to the meat and stirred it until gooey. Then I added some cooked macaroni noodles (about two cups maybe?). I just added the roni until it looked good ( Read more... )

It really is! It tastes like a much creamier Hamburger Helper. Clint said it reminded him of a patty melt.

That sounds delicious! Almost like shepherd's pie, only with noodles instead of potato. Now I want some. Dammit.

Thank you so much! That recipe sounds tasty and not too hard to make. I'm sad the stupid got deleted before recipes started popping up.

I was kind of sad too. There aren't enough trolls in CF_Hardcore, where there is a quick, almost violent response of kittens and recipes. Just a note about this sauce too, if you want to use dried herbs you can. Its kind of annoying buying thyme, because you have to buy so much. Fresh basil, on the other hand, is always worth it. :)

I was shocked that there was only one cat macro in the whole thing. Very sad. I was looking through my cat macro stash for some good ones and then the post was gone. Tragic.

I have always wanted to use fresh herbs, but so far I have been lazy and just use the dried crap in my pantry. I'm going to take the fresh herb plunge with this recipe though.
