"Where is my master the Rebel Prince?"

When I no longer enjoy sliding at Balsam Pits, I'll know it's time to pack it in. Aside from the fact that you couldn't see a damn thing as the wind was coming directly at you as you went down, whipping blowing snow into every available facial orifice, it was good cold fun. I stuck with the crazy carpet of black death, but an unsuccessful attempt ( Read more... )

I would enjoy a skating about rondevous!!
I think Sunday We are planning family adventures,(tree cutting decorating, eating, eating, eating,)-time to get out my excersise tape. Yes it is down to that. I should go find my Ski shoes. Instead of staring at 40 year old women with nicer bodies than me. (how depressing). So next time you have a skating party post it too!
I also enjoy the manly voice on the current. I think he sounds like MAtt!! It sure is crummy out today. Be careful if you go out.

We'll have to have another skating day.

I think in the new year I will be taking up a martial art or adult beginner ballet - of course, in the case of the latter, it tends to make you fit to the point of having scary gigantic leg muscles and no breasts, though I think you have to be pretty hardcore to let it get that far.

I just like the voice because it says such awesomely satirical things.

I didn't go outside at all yesterday; I think it is time, weather be damned.

How do I post a pic with my livejournal?
I tried to browse to add a picture but it said that "document contains no data". But I was trying to upload a document with my picture on it.
Was my picture too big? DO you know how I can make it smaller? I tried using the 100% thing to 25%, but I don't think it actually made it smaller- it looks smaller but it still wont work.
I'm soooooo confused.I tried cropping, but I'd be left with an ear for the proper picture size.
Oh so needing help!

I assume you mean a user pic, and not a picture in a post? You seem to already have a user pic now, but just in case...
User pics have to be small, no more than 100 pixels x 100 pixels, and 40KB. Plus they must also be the correct file type; either .gif, .jpg, or .png.
I just smallify the pictures I use in any editor on hand. (Usually this is on Jay's computer, and as I am currently on my Dad's I'm not sure of the exact steps I normally use.) You can use Paint, for instance, by going to Stretch/Skew under the Image menu, and adjusting the height and width by percentage. (If you go to Attributes first it will tell you how many pixels the image is to begin with, so you can figure out how much to reduce it by.) Then you just resave it, making sure it's in one of the correct file types.

If that doesn't help, just google something along the lines of "resizing pictures using (insert your editor here)" and you'll probably find it explained a bit better.
