Try yoga man. All these guys in India do it and it totally helps their back and stuff.

I will look in to it, though I imagine that not being able to use magic has a great deal to do with the pain.

I know of a handy automatic clean-up charm that would work well if you did want to proceed with the evisceration.

It's not as much the cleaning or the noise as it is the fact that Emilia seems to be too lazy to do much more to the wards.
