so, there's the prompt where neither of them know that they're dating and the prompt where Mike is oblivious to...everything...well, how about...

Harvey knows the entire office, and yes, that includes Donna, thinks he's been fucking Mike since maybe the day after Mike signed Tom Keller, and that they've actually been dating since Harvey had to defend himself and Ray against that legal beagle cab driver (he's pretty sure Donna started the rumor of them dating so she could collect on a bet, using inside information and vague knowledge of Mike saying, a most likely temporary, goodbye to Trevor -- probably thinking such an emotional day would lead to something more, or something. Whatever.). Either way, Harvey's never seen fit to correct anyone's assumptions, because, quite frankly, he likes them. He likes it that people know Mike is his, even if Mike hasn't quite seemed realize it yet

Contrary to what everyone at Pearson Hardman thinks, Jessica included, though she turns a blind eye to what she thinks is happening, Harvey is not actually fucking Mike. Donna even turns her back to Harvey’s office when she knows they are in there alone and when they are walking together down the hallway, nobody ever tries to interrupt them. If Mike has noticed that, when a partner asks him to do some task and he replies that he is working for Harvey, the partner inevitably immediately apologizes and finds someone else to do the job, though none of the other associates get this privilege, his genius brain hasn’t put two and two together
