Just busy. Still. :( Too tired to focus on fics or to rec - my mind starts to wander too easily.

I have, however, found some time to read the crack that is Twilight (no real concentration is needed for it). OMG - best crack ever! :D I have to thank the Austrians for pointing me to it. *extra-sparkly sparkles for fourth-rose and cutecoatiSeriously

Me? A bit bored today. I'm trying to make myself read some fic but I just want to revamp things. I suppose I could put those two things together and sort through my "to read" list, trashing the fics that turn me off in the first few paragraphs.... 300 fics, I wonder how long that would take me... that's 900 paragraphs. Hrm. See? This is how bored I am. :P

You know what I think it is? I'm starting to feel nervous excitement... or possibly just plain anxiety about the November 2008 US Elections. It's making me restless.

*waves* Yay! The Twilight books are rather like crack, so they were welcome distractions from the work I had to do this summer. Even if Breaking Dawn did make DH (epilogue and all) look like a sterling work of literature. I am looking forward to the movie. :D

I was going to read Twilight when I first heard about it, but I've since decided against it, because it sounds so very ridiculous. :P I keep reading cracky reviews of it though and find those quite amusing. :)
