hard tosay. it will cause strain either way. by having those thoghts and reactions to people first off its going to keep u classified as a "bad person" and ur still self distructing. and by bottleing it up and making urself someing/someone that your not ur self distructing.soo basicly you cant win for losing....and u could do what i do try to be a good person and just deal with the fact that i have ALOT of violent thaughts/dreamns/ and even reactions about/to people and try and not let urself go off on people. and find an outlet for them. when i Find that outlet i'll let u know! :D
