It is 2:30, and all's well!

Well, I nearly through in the towel and decided to be a lard-butt for the rest of my life as my body seemed to reach a plateu for fat loss. So I just got done watch Indiana Jones: Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls, and I liked it. However, I think Steven Speilberg is wrong about this being his last Indy. I can't bring myself around to look at Frolicon pictures; I think it would destroy the little morale I have left.

Well, I did it I made my weight goal.  I have lost 50lbs in the last four months.  Now it is time to put on the muscle.  My biggest regret is that I don't have my camera to document this transformation, but I promise to post the end results.  June-July is not that far off.

In a couple of months I'll be entering a hardbody contest.  Over the last two months I have been losing weight and am down 45 pounds.  My goal is to lose about 8 more, but it always the last ten pounds that are the hardest to lose.  Anyways I now need to focus on the kind of body I need to build.  I was think of training for marathon as well and ( Read more... )
