So happy and relieved for you!! :D :D
I had so much anxiety before my scan, thinking for sure there would be something terrible wrong. I think it is only natural.
BAHHH but anyway really really happy for you and your little girl :)

So happy for you, but I am really surprised that they are telling you the sex now, particularly as the sexual organs are not differentiated until 16-17 weeks (before this boys and girls look the same) this is the earliest an u/s can tell you.
Thought you must of been further along when you told me ...
Happy for you regardless, just don't get hopes up on the sex front darl : )

They didn't confirm the sex and they were clear on that, they simply said the baby "definitely looked like a girl", so I know what you're saying. I've read everything you've read that says genitalia doesn't form properly until week 16, but after seeing Nate's ultrasound at 12 weeks, to me that was absolutely a sign he was a boy - it was clear as day. With this one, we went in for very close close ups and as far as I'm concerned, I very clearly saw her va-jay-jay.

In saying that, the only thing better than having a baby girl would be to find out at the 19 week scan that it's a baby boy, so while I'm totally stoked the baby is *so far* a girl, I, in no way, will be upset to find out it's a boy in 6 weeks time.

We've already agreed not to buy pink until the 19 week scan is over, even though I've been sure it's a girl for weeks lol.

OMG I am so anti the pink thing!
Having said that, we have been given enough clothes already to last her till she is nearly 2! and 1/2 of it is pink!!!!
