have you ever watched yourself cry in the mirror? i did last night. and i noticed something interesting. i cry the exact way i did when i was a child. maybe that's not surprising but it struck me. i looked at the mirror and said to myself "is that what sad looks like? am i really that sad...the way a child is sad when he/she scrapes their knee?" i ( Read more... )

so i'm on a bit of a detox diet in preparation for a juice fast to take place this coming weekend. so this means i'm on basically a vegan diet minus wheat/grains AND MINUS CAFFINE AND NICOTINE. i basically eat beans and organic fruit and green veggies. so pretty much i'm really tired and have a decently sized headache for the second day in a row.
