Last week I took Thursday and Friday off and headed to Washington with Esther to see Jack Johnson play at The Gorge. It was a long trip with a lot of driving, but it was well worth it! We got going around 3:30 PM on Thursday, and drove straight through to Washington, stopping only for gas and food. About 13 hours later, we were finally there.

Sounds and looks like all kinds of awesome. I had to laugh at the car incident though. I fucking hate that kind of parking.

It was all kinds of awesome...and more! The car incident sucked, but I'm over it. With the way insurance works around here, I'm starting to understand why a LOT of people drive around with dents in their cars...

Sounds like you had a fantastic trip! I am still green with envy that you got to see Jack Johnson, even if I was on my own vacation adventure. I heart him.

I do as well...even more than before! Wanna go to Hawaii to catch him at the Kokua Festival? THAT would be my dream concert...
