wow, i really do write alot, well not alot, just too often, and then months of nothing, then a sudden burst of energy. tis me.

after failing 2 PT test, theyare letting me try a third time. the down side, i have to eat.

i'm happy, i ran 7 miles today. it felt good. 2 miles before PT, 3 miles during PT, then 2 more cooldown miles after PT. it was fun, i want to do the same thing tomorow.
