I will make an honest effort to like this show. Because:

* I actually like Johnny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu, and I love shows that feature an intrepid, might be romantic, but it's really more co-dependent male/female duo, a 'la Scully and Mulder from the X-Files. And

Thank you for the link and I happen to agree on pretty much all your points and reasoning. Just to add that I cannot possibly dismiss a show, let alone a Sherlock Holmes one, without actually seeing it first. Let's hope this is good!:)

I honestly hope its good too. I remember having such a crush on Johnny Lee Miller and I find myself intrigued by a female Watson. Plus, seeing all the vitriol being spewed by Moffat and fandom, its hard not to think of this as the underdog which makes me want to root for them all the more.
