My advice to fictional characters?
Do not be played by Sean Bean if you can help it.
Chances are, it will not end well for you.
Gotta say though, I like the part where he gets shoved off a cliff by a herd of cows. Because someone apparently thought that wouldn't look ridiculous. -
The Borgias 2x08: this family continues to be screwed
Rodrigo. Its hard for me to see him as anything other than a flawed, misguided but ultimately good person when between him and his two Cardinals, he's the only who's not laughing in glee when he hears about the death of one of his enemies and actually scolds the other two for being assholes over someone's death.

After watching the trailer for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, I have come to the conclusion that like my newest fictional crush is going to be the 16th president of the United States. How weird is that?

I think I was indoctrinated by my own subconscious...how does that even happen?
You know what? I'm actually looking forward to watching "Elementary" in the fall.
I will make an honest effort to like this show. Because:
* I actually like Johnny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu, and I love shows that feature an intrepid, might be romantic, but it's really more co-dependent male/female duo, a 'la Scully and Mulder from the X-Files. And ( Read more... )
