haiku of the day

[sundaytrainride]

i recently received a package of all kinds of good stuff at school, including a magnet poetry/haiku kit.
our very ghetto, wood-paneled fridge is wonderfully magnetic, so i'm trying to start composing a haiku every day.

yesterday's:

the autumn window
listens as the cold green grass
whispers only wind

today's:

give dandelions
and smile between shivers
