Man, I really need to avoid the journal articles on pediatic donors...

I asked HR for a meeting to discuss my job, and how I'm not what the job needs.

I'm going to ask to start training my replacement as soon as possible, I think. I wanted to stick with the job, not because I liked it, but because I didn't want to be seen as giving up.

Giving up, or whatever. I'm exhausted and stressed and miserable. I want out.

Those of you who ordered Verizon's DSL package with the free wireless router: did you get the modem and router with the self-install package, or did that come later?

I've created my first Wikipedia article.

It was about three sentences long, describing an obscure god worshipped by and obscure people, inspired by a BBC photo article.

I should not be this happy.

I swear, if I'm ever at the point where I need an assistant, it will only be because I don't have time to do scheduling, copying, etc. Not because I've become a complete incompetant.

(the only exception to this rule is when I'm an eighty-year-old crazy professor. Then I will be charmingly incompetant)
