A crazy thought occurred to me: if Clinton, Obama, and Edwards can throw their egos in the trash, and instead of being adversarial in the primary, negotiate a concession and vice-presidential cabinet for one of them, they can then put their time and money to work on destroying the Republicans

I want Clinton/Obama. I see no reason why a woman with her experience, politics and grace should be vice president to Obama, except for sexism.

But yes, one ticket. I agree.

I wrote that a long time ago. Not sure I agree anymore about a joint ticket. In some ways, the two are too close to each other to provide a complementary pairing that will help bring-in centrists to win against McCain in the general election.

I don't know enough about politics. I trust that both campaigns will be savvy enough to choose whichever running-mate will help their chances against McCain.
