Fuck my life.  However, considering my metabolic rate and the fact that it's been a week since I last smoked, I think I'll be fine. I'll just load myself down with b-vitamins and agua. lol

drink lots of water...like an entire gallon or 2 the day before u gotta pee. and when u gotta pee, and dont put the cup under it right away.
