Sadness
Today a million sad songs seem to be playing in my head. I feel nervous and anxious. Is it just work? I don't know. My life just feels empty of meaningful activities and I'm not sure why. Reception
OK, so I'm meeting to discuss my alcohol-free reception after work on Thursday, February 4th. I guess I've just gotten to the point that I want to make a decision either way. We'll be engaged a year in March. A year seems like it should be a long enough time to make a decision on this. Though I guess we've done a lot of other stuff in that time. ( Read more... ) -

A list of stuff
Engagement party stuff is being finalized. Judy's getting ready to send out the invites and we decided on favors. We are just waiting on Sam and Iris to confirm the date for the place to be reserved. I picked up my wedding band yesterday (Joe's ring totally encircles it). And I'm contacting some vendors about the wedding reception. We might change ( Read more... ) -
Wedding Update
Joe and I are tentitively planning to have the wedding May 14th, 2011. Of course it depends on what there is available and such. Sometime this spring we're going to start looking at places. It's too cold right now. Whatever it looks like will be totally different in the spring ( Read more... ) -
New Year's Rant
I've always kinda disliked New Year's. Yeah, I enjoy the time off and being with my loved ones, but its always struck me as the most arbitrary holiday. Probably because it is.
