So, I took off from my diet for two weeks and gained back 11 pounds. That's 7 pounds more than what I'd lost to begin with. Starting Monday I am restarting wave 1 of my Sonoma diet and the whole family is doing it with me. I can not do this by myself. I need the support, you know? So, yeah, back I go on Monday. So, here it is at night six and I think I have done pretty darn well for my first week on this diet. I feel like I'm losing weight which is new for me because all my other diets, I never really felt like I was losing weight and this time I do. Started day one of my Sonoma diet plan. I did really damn good if I do say so myself. Followed my meal plan and even managed to get in twenty minutes of walking with the whole family after dinner tonight.

Finals weeks is well underway and before long I will be free for the summer.

On a sad note, we lost one of the older priests in the parish, Fr. Will Griffin. He was 82 years old I believe.
