so i finally heard back from my landlords. and of course they so desperately want me to stay in my apt. that they're keeping my rent the same ($970/month) and they're going to let me be a tenant-at-will. all i need to do is provide them 60-days notice (2 months) before moving out. i'm not tied to a lease ( Read more... )
