i'm insanely sore from pushing it hardcore at the gym this week, esp. from yesterday and today. my shoulders, chest, abs, even my armpits hurt! i did upper body yesterday, all in one day (i normally spread it out over 3!) and then lower body today...i fear how much pain i might be in tomorrow! eek. oh well, it's all for the good right. i've been
