One little pill... once per day, around 9 AM, and I already feel better. I say, "Lord, I give this to You," put the pill on my tongue, grab my water bottle, take a sip, and swallow. Something so simple has made a big difference. The NP said that she thought I would feel better and would wonder why I hadn't tried an antidepressant sooner, and so far
