Against my better judgement I gave him one last chance. I set some ground rules and laid out my expectations explicitly. Then I told him to take a week off and think about it and to set shit straight. I'm taking the week to think about whether or not I'm capable of trusting him again. He doesn't deserve another chance, but something in my heart tells me that I should give it to him. Whether it's because I need to be sure or because he is worth it remains to be seen.

I think you're better off being the better person, but watch that you don't just get taken advantage of. You're too damn nice in a good way to be treated poorly. You deserve good stuffies!
