how was my day yesterday?

Well all things considered, yesterday was a pretty good day. I did something in the neighborhood of 5 or 6 loads of laundry(3 loads of laundry and 2 or 3 loads of towels), cleaned my kitchen, picked up trash through out the house(still needs a little more but it looked better), took out trash(all to the curb since today is trash day), loaded the

I've never tried yoga. I have tried pilates, but didn't really like it. do you like yoga? How is it compared to pilates?

I've always been interested in yoga. I thought it was just cool how flexable everyone who does it is(atleast all the ones on tv) so flexable. They say yoga and pilates are similar but they are different. I've got one dvd of pilates that is a mix of both and i just like regular yoga lots better. I took a class of yoga back in my first semester of college and i have loved it ever since. It is the most relaxing excercise but you do feel it when you are done. Most home video's of it are an hour long but i managed to find one that has several different ones on it and they are about 30 min each. That extra sun saluation added a few extra minutes but i sure felt more after i did it the second time more than if i would have done just once. It really does reduce stress (more if the kids are still sleeping but it does help even if they are awake

Wow - that was productive.. I need a productive day ;-) I heard yoga works wonders if you are tense (I am in need of that -lol!) Hppe you have a great day!!! I think today I am going to clean the rest room and maybe get to cleaning the kitchen ( I have been putting that off for awhile) and maybe cook something nice for my husband for once - I haven't been cooking for weeks and weeks, like I make simple things but no actually cooking a meal. I get like that sometimes.. :-/ It gets kind of expensive though...

Yeah it was the most productive day in awhile. I just knew i needed to do it and the sooner the better. I need nother productive day. Oh I also made pudding and jello yesterday too. Thanks. I hope you have a good day too. ;)
