Ha ha literally. One of the screws in my knee is bent and broke which sucks. I don't really know what it means because it's a day to day kind of process which is frustrating. But, tomorrow I'm going to have my second MRI on my good knee because it's a little rusty.

Just keep swimming, right?
That's my plan.
