I loved this for many reasons, but I must ask: would you care for some concrit or would you rather I only expressed my love and admiration?

You put a lot of thought in the presentation of the characters, their world, their relationship, the place where they live, the music they play. And it was wonderful, because I utterly loved all those little details, the way Gojyo was intelligent and talented as well as charming, but so different in his albinism, or how Hakkai felt towards him, how he knew Gojyo to be a better performer and the subtle angst of the closeness of his unreachable object of desire. For that reason, because you held a perfect pace depicting the world and situation, it struck me as odd how fast the conclusion came. I would have liked the tension to draw a little longer, especially since we were aware of Hakkai's feelings but not of Gojyo's and suddenly it looks like the easy thing to put them together without more obstacles. Do I make sense? This is the only thing I didn't find wonderfully perfect in this fic, how fast and easy they suddenly get together when the rest of the story is such an ellaborate presentation of them and their situation. Thank you very much--I really appreciate your perspective here, and I think your point is very well taken. How and where to end this story gave me a great deal of trouble (poor Evilchuckles had to deal with my angsting about it). I had the sense that where it ends currently might not be the end, but the midpoint, a pivot point, even, in the narrative, but was just not sure where to go with it ( ... )

Oooohhhh..... Saiyuki and music always makes a great combo!!
It's AU but yet retains canon flavour - very nicely done. I would love to read more. ^_^

love. It's cold and I need to get up in less than 6 and a half hours and I have damn hiccups but... Absolute love. You'll understand if this is as far as my coherence reaches though.
