Something I'm always thankful for is the fact that no matter what I have going on, I can always depend on crunchpod to see through everything and know that I need to talk. Starting to get back in the swing of things...as in feeling better about my situation with nuc med. I had a GREAT walk and talk with crunchpod this evening of which I give credit for pulling me out of my recent slump. Quite frankly I'm feeling pretty exhausted and really unmotivated. Yesterday I was informed that I did NOT get the nuc med position I applied for, but rather it was given to my colleague :( It is okay though...somehow, someway I believe there is something else I am "supposed" to do. I made my goal of getting ALL of my competencies accomplished by today..quite challenging studies in order to get it, but I can proudly say it is now done :) This now gives me up through Wednesday of next week to take the quizzes associated with them. Well, we found out today that the hospital I'm doing my clinical rotation at now will only have one and not two positions available when we graduate at this point in time. I'm not doing so good this week as of yet :( I came home with *those* damn abdominal pains on Monday that sent me nearly to the operating room a few months ago. Although, I'm still not convinced of the appendicitis thing...I still am "sore" but, not nearly as bad as I was on Monday.
