I might just be jealous

Housekeeping, then troubling thoughts.  Whoever this anonymous person is, they're making my days better.  He/she/it speaks with the wisdom of a person far older than they probably are.  I can't quite put my finger on it, but when I read the responses from this person, they make sense of all this confusion I've been experiencing.  The person (I'm ( Read more... )

Joe- I really like your thoughts in that last paragraph.
The world isn't perfect and you still care about her. But
it was never your responsibility to take care of her. We
have a big enough task taking care of ourselves. At some
point that task outweighs all our kindess and patience with
others and we just need to sit back and realize whats
really important and that Joe is you.

Sorry it has taken so long for a responce. Thank you for the recognition in the first paragraph, it is much appreciated.

If your reaction to her simply signing online is as you described, talking to her, in person, on the phone, or even online is probably not the best thing at this time. I also think not talking to her would be somewhat of a shocker to her showing her that you don't need to takl to her.

Jealousy is part of living. People get jealous every day. You should not be jealous unless you want to be known as Creepy Joe or something. Let her like Creepy Carl, maybe they're ment to be together. Opposites do attract.

You also have to know that it is not your job to protect her. She isn't property. Let her do what she wants. This is one less thing you need to worry about.

This is all I can think to say right now. It's been a long week, enjoy the weekend.
