Holy shit! First, congratulations! And also, WTF? That's insane that they have been treating him for the completely wrong thing for this long.

Thank you! We're so relieved, and hopefully he'll be able to eat normally again, instead of avoiding everything good and only eating a geriatric soft, bland diet.

I'm just shocked that these guys who get paid a shitload of money, and have gone through medical school have not even heard of this bacterial problem. How are these people remaining doctors??

Amen to screwy doctors. I went to cardiologists for 11 years, and they never realized that I had a diverticula on my heart wall. Then stroke-city. A new cardiologist says "you have this out-pouching, and is in part what caused it." Well, glad I heard about it before. Geez, Louise. At least there are some quite decent ones out and about though.

It makes me quite happy to know that Wade will be all better soon, and that you guys won't have to keep going through this. Hooray!

Bad doctors make me mad. They should have their medical licenses taken away.

I'm happy he's getting better now though, his quality of life will greatly improve.

well BOO on the shitty doctors, but YAY WADE IS OKAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Holy SHIT. I would be so fucking angry at the old doctors I would do crazy things to their offices and/or cars.

I'm wicked pissed. I've thought about doing nasty things, but it mostly involves lawsuits. I'm way too chickenpoo to do anything involving vandalism, although I wish I were brave enough for it.
