I've come to a point where i have to force myself to realize that i'm not a kid anymore. I do too many "adult" things to justify my lack of responsibility as being a kid. As it stands I have not started studying for the GRE, I have not looked into a single grad program or applied for a job. Fuck that, i haven't been studying as i should--evidence ( Read more... )

there is no clear line between when one is a child and when one must be an adult. there are only more and more responsibilities to deal with as time passes. effectively dealing with the things you must do to move on with your life does not mean you cannot approach new challenges in life with the same childlike optimism and joy. to do it any other way is to fail at life, no matter how successful the bank says you are ( ... )
