My god. I am actually at a loss for words and concrete feelings. I think i should start looking for other jobs

I feel the same way! I have absolutely no idea how it went, really. If I get it, I think I'll be able to look back at the interview and say, "Okay, that's probably why I got it." But if I don't, I think I'll be able to look back at the interview and say, "Yeah, that's probably why not." They made me get up and show them how I would introduce myself to a room full of kids who don't speak any English and I don't speak a word of Japanese. It did not really go so well. But the interview isn't the only thing they consider, and I bet we both did better than we think we did.

I heard that the JET peoples are totally butt heads during the interview, and that they try to remain as aloof as possible

i thought it would be funny if they asked me to teach something but i didn't actually expect i'd have to do it.
