So, my (former) MIL died last Friday. I've been here in Arizona since last Sunday helping her heartbroken, devastated husband make funeral arrangements, pay bills, grocery shop, etc. I've never had to do this kind of thing before. Just life.
Last week I got a 5 year restraining order against D. How white trash is that?? He's life is spinning out control. He's been in jail 3-4 times for beating up his girlfriend and then violating the protective order by living with her, driving on a suspended license and who knows what else. So for the few that aren't on Facebook, Andy & I got engaged on Tuesday night, the night before Christmas Eve. I am beyond happy :)
