I know. I was trying to follow that rule too, but for me at least, I really didn't know who I was supposed to talk too. I didn't really want in house fighting. Or something like that.
You're really a very good squad leader. Aggie likes you, and better yet, RESPECTS YOU , (which you can tell- she included you in her decisions and talks to you about squad stuff and asks for your imput, etc),all the returners are with you 100%, and I think the newbies trust you. They want to learn and you're the boss, so I don't think they really care. Plus, you don't run practice like Aggie which is also a bonus. Alandra is a snotbucket, but she knows you make the final decision on traveling, so I think she'll cool down a bit. We need her, and we need team unity, so I want to try and include her more anyway. Kill her with kindness. Hahaha....maybe it'll work. Plus, once Aggie gets whiff of her stinky butt, she'll be a goner. :)
No worries! Your duties as squad leader are more important than a few touches, and I'd rather you get yourself figured out than have to worry about me.
Don't worry, things will get better. Time fixes everything!
