     so... i've been thinking about it and i wouldnt mind expanding my knowledge of chemistry biology and math in a more in depth sort of way at a graduate school, but i could go either way on the subject.  and i think that people that could go either way on the subject that actually end up going to grad school end up hating it, and i dont want ( Read more... )

I look at it this way, if you find chemistry to be something that really interests you and you enjoy it so much that you want to do it for a living, than the chances of grad school turning you off from it is slim. Sure it's a whole lot of work, but it's learning more about what you love. Plus it's a science, and science is forever changing and expanding, so it'll always be interesting, right?

but it's soooo much work... when instead i could be getting paid 50 to 60,000 dollars a year...

I agree with Carmen. Science is always interesting. If I were a teacher though, I'd get fired for murder.
