Interview U sounds like it has plusses. In terms of the region, well, places an hour and a half from here (Minneapolis) are mostly cornfields, but that doesn't mean that the Midwest (for example) is a bad region to live in (as long as you're willing to drive).
Granted, I can see the skyscrapers from my couch, but I have no good professional reason to live outstate. With a good reason, could be doable. Different outdoor activities than the Southwest, anyhow!
Yeah, right now I'm staying open to all possibilities. I think it could be a pretty great place, by all accounts, and sometimes change is good for the soul. After all, when I moved here I didn't do any of the things I do now, so I figure I can always find new things, right?
