On June 26th, 2004 in the morning, Iraqi time, my brother was killed. He was on patrol in Baghdad and his patrol was ambushed. He got caught in a firefight and was injured, which his injuries were so bad they caused him to die. My mom is taking it pretty hard, I am still in a bit of denial. The A Perfect Circle concert was last night and it was unbelievable. It was such a great experience for I have never seen A Perfect Circle or Tool live before and my first time seeing APC I got to see them for free.

School's over, you would not believe how happy I am to be out of school. Going to kill my brother for not passing out flyers for the show on Saturday. But other than that I am doing great. Long weekend, worked a lot, tired of movies and people. This working between two stores is going to exhaust me. I am seriously thinking about transferring over to Claiborne completely for they will supply me with more hours in a week over there then I get now over at Tchoupitoulas in two weeks. Nicole just won two tickets, one for her and one for me, to A PERFECT CIRCLE on May 27th. I am so happy, I wanted to go so badly but the money I was saving for my ticket could have been used elsewhere. Thankfully I get to go to the concert and I get to use the money elsewhere.
