1. Find a picture of a pretty lady. 2. Put it in Adobe Illustrator and convert it to grayscale. Pull the opacity down and lock this layer. 3. Type Pearl Jam lyrics in several layers on top of this, paying attention to the weight and contrast of the image. 4. Maybe other things, I don't know.
If you just put a lot of text over black areas and not so much over lighter areas the image will pretty much just come together on its own.
