A circle of thoughts ran through her mind, such as: Was the people back at the camp doing anything to save the students? It wasn't fair that it happened to be Group 3 that was attempting the Hiking Adventure that particular day

"Do whatever you want. Your the leader," replied Kanako, unconcerned of their current predicament. She could care less. Her hair fell flat around her face, her eyeliner ran down her face giving the appearance that she was crying, and altogether she looked haggard. She felt it too. If the rain wasn't going to stop anytime soon, then what was there to do.

"I agree with you and think we should conitnue on." Mattie said with a smile. "Your smart Ritsuko I trust you."

Ritsuko looked at Miyoko and Nwubudaki for last reassurance. Nodding, she turned towards the destination of their walk. "Shall we continue then? I advise you that we will be moving swiftly, so please be careful with your footing and don't lag behind."
