There was much pointing and laughing at Boehner's flaccid performance last night as he repeatedly failed to get enough of his own to back a bill that couldn't pass the Senate and would be vetoed by the President even if it could.

Since Russian government hackers are currently DDOSing the crap out of LJ, I figured it would make a great time for a posting. Here's what I've been obsessed with lately:- China is just coming to grips with how totally nutballs we've become. But I don't see how they can afford to stop lending us money to buy their crap.

Part of me is hoping that Washington can't get a debt ceiling deal in time for the August 2nd, because I want to see would actually happen. That part of me is why I don't own a firearm.
