By far my favorite of the Tony Horton DVD's. As a few of you know boxing holds a special place in my heart and this workout is as close to that as I could ask for. No bag, no gloves, no wraps. Lots of punches, kicks, blocks, and sweat. My kind of work out ( Read more... ) -

Last night I did my first PX90 work out. I chose the Kenpo one because Kara suggested it as a fun one. She was right, it was right up my ally. After working out a boxing gym for so long this one was probably the perfect serving of PX90 to get me started on it. How I spent this valentines...
So, went to work - nothing new there. Anna brought me flowers, so super sweet and even added a small box of chocolates. How cool, first flowers I've gotten in a while!
