Wow...over a year. I think I may have set a new record. Oh well. Life is still moving on...lots and lots of changes. Good ones. Some sad ones too but we're dealing. Anyway. Bye.

Okay, so let's see...the triathlon went well, I finished in just over 2hrs and 39minutes. It was .5mi swim just over a 5k run then in the neighborhood of 22 miles on bike. It was a lot of fun. One week til the triathlon. My goal is under four hours. There's still a chance of death. Then again, that's what makes it fun.
Mmm, triathlon countdown, time to go eat pizza and and icecream cone. Hahaha, talk about training.

So, tomorrow is the race, and lastnight I was out running with Baker and a stupid owner with a dog running loose came outta no where and in an effort to avoid bloodshed between the uncontrolled dog and my on a leash anchored to me dog, I got tripped and pulled a muscle. I'm taking a stand and quitting all my "friends" that have tons of time for when they need things to happen but then repeatedly flake on me when I need 45min of their time.
