i went to v ball, well i got there stretched , ran 5 laps then did these other ways to run aroudn for like 7 laps then we did this thing u run a certian way till they say switch , so we ran liek 20 laps or aroudn there just for that , then played v blal for liek 45 mins, then we ran 2 sets of lines which was 6 lines it was so much!, then we did
