This is a few days old, but whatever. It's ironic.
It's my understanding that Yoga as practiced by most westerners today is just a sort of physical exercise. I doubt that everyone who practices it, like the teachers mentioned in the articles, is Hindu or Buddhist. They even practice it in some Catholic schools ( Read more... ) -
