This week has been rotten in just about every conceivable way.  I won't get into any details, but Monday was lovely and inspiring and provided a renewed sense of hope.  And then Tuesday took that all away, and it's gone downhill ever since.  I even had to do the unthinkable and call out from work yesterday because the endometriosis had crippled me

So anything I can say will pretty much be crapple but yeah, what you just wrote is very soul affirming. There is something really comforting about a cool, wet, earthy night, whatever way you feel it.
