Some weekends just serve to remind me that this is not my home, and the people who live here are not mine.  Not really.  Not deep in the depths of me, where all it takes is a word and they'll flock to my side with their true understanding and reassurance.
People here don't know or don't care.
Or both.

I had the chance and I didn't take it.  I should have just left a day early, spent time with my friend, and left someone else to scramble.

My last few updates have been demi-updates, there but not really there.  This is going to be an actual update.  Currently, I have 7 tabs open on my internet browser--one is for the museum's blog.  I felt inspired to write and was going to try to channel that in a productive fashion, but after staring at the screen, I realized that just wasn't going ( Read more... )
